Whether you’re normally a big fan of all things pink and girly, or you’d usually avoid the colour like the plague, this Friday is definitely a day to explore your inner pink princess and wear the colour with pride in honour of charity Breast Cancer Campaign’s awareness day.
Now a hugely successful annual event right across the UK, Wear it Pink Day encourages people to raise money for breast cancer research by organising events at home, in the workplace or at school where guests are invited to pay a small fee in order to wear something pink.
The fun doesn’t stop there though, many enterprising Breast Cancer Campaign fundraisers also hold fantastic bake sales, coffee mornings, raffles and sponsored events with a fabulous pink theme to increase the amount raised for such a good cause.
