How do I take advantage of the Free Delivery offer?

1. Place over £50 of party products in your Trolley.

2. Proceed to the checkout

3. Make sure your party products are being delivered to a UK address (this excludes Channel islands and BFPO)

4. IMPORTANT! Orders over £50 will need to signed for upon delivery so make sure you put an address (either work or home) where you know someone will be available 9am - 5.30pm to sign for the parcel. Otherwise the parcel will be returned to the delivery company depot - see more info here.

5. The Free Standard UK Delivery option will automatically be selected. (If you wish to upgrade to Express postage or Channel Islands option simply choose from the drop-down list below the Free Delivery option.)

6. Complete the checkout and enter your payment details to finish placing your order.*

* Cancelling items, or changing your delivery address to one not included in the offer may affect your order's eligibility for our Free Delivery offer.

Can I still use an Offer ID and still qualify for Free Delivery?

1. Yes, as long as your order sub-total is still over £50 after applying any promotional Offer ID, you will still be able to get Free Delivery.

How long will my order take to arrive?

1. We aim to pack and despatch your order within 24 hours. Most orders are despatched the same day.
   You choose which delivery option you require at the check-out. Subject to stock availability, you should expect your £50+ order to be delivered up to 72 hours after placing the order.
   

2. We use a number of delivery companies to ensure best value and aim to deliver your goods by the most
   appropriate method to suit your needs.All delivery times are based on their
   estimates and actual delivery could vary.

3. Please note: A signature may be required upon delivery and deliveries are made any time
   during the day up to 5.30pm.
