Yes, we will deliver to any address that is convenient for you. We'll deliver to places of work, schools, your relatives and friends, hotels and more - but not PO Boxes. If you have chosen an Express delivery option or your order is over £40, we actively encourage you to choose a delivery address where someone will be able to sign for the parcel. However, it's really important that you enter your card billing address instead of the delivery address when you reach the Payment section of the checkout. This ensures the validation checks on your credit/debit card payment do not delay your order being dispatched. |

If you are waiting for an order to arrive, the first thing you should do is check your email to verify that you have received two emails: one from partybox.co.uk confirming the order and one from Sage Pay confirming payment. If you have these emails and have allowed an appropriate amount of time based on the delivery option you chose, please contact our Customer Service team for further assistance. We use Royal Mail and Interlink Couriers to ensure best value and aim to deliver your goods by the most appropriate method to suit your needs. All delivery times are based on their estimates and actual delivery could vary. Interlink and Royal Mail Special Delivery parcels will require a signature upon delivery. If you have received a card from an attempted delivery, you should contact the number on the card as soon as possible and arrange re-delivery with the carrier company concerned. We accept no liability if delivery is not made due to the recipient not being available. We therefore recommend sending your order to a work address if appropriate. All deliveries are made on normal working days (Mon-Fri). Although we do our utmost to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, if it does arrive damaged or in an unsatisfactory condition inform us and we will replace or refund. |

Have you tried adding products to your trolley without success? The most likely reason is the Cookie security setting on your computer is set too high for our shopping trolley to operate. Like many other sites, Partybox Ltd uses a Cookie (a small information file written to your computer) to hold details of your order while you are on the site. If our site cannot write the Cookie (because it is being stopped from doing so by your computer) then it cannot add products to your trolley. To place your order you either need to slightly alter your Browser settings to accept Cookies (which is actually really easy and usually found in the 'Tools\Internet Options' browser menu) or you can place your order over the phone by contacting us on 0845 5053130 or 01427 676418. |

As an online customer you have certain basic rights as laid out in The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. At Partybox Ltd we want to give you much more than your basic rights and so our returns policy is very simple. Under our “No Quibble” returns policy you have 30 days to cancel the order. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason and you return it within 30 days of the date you received it we will refund the full price of the goods. You do not have to contact us for a returns number, you do not have to return the original packaging and you don’t have to tell us why you are returning the items. It is that simple. Partybox Ltd We do not refund the postage costs when you return goods to us. Things you must do: Wrap the goods securely and return them to us. Consider sending them back to us by registered post so that you have proof of them having been delivered back to the address given below. Enclose your name and address so we know who sent the goods back. You would be amazed how many people forget to do that. Better still include the order number from your invoice as that will help speed up your refund. Things that would be helpful to us: Return the goods with the original packaging, so that we can offer them for sale again if they are not damaged. Let us know of any problems with the goods.
