PRODUCT STOCK INFORMATION

All items displayed on the website are usually in stock (or due in shortly from our suppliers). If the quantity of stock you want is not currently available in our warehouse, a member of our sales team will contact you via phone before your order is dispatched.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING COSTS & INFORMATION

PLEASE NOTE: PARTYBOX ONLY OFFER ONLINE DELIVERY TO THE UK.
Assuming your products are available and in stock we will normally pack and despatch your order within 24 hours. Add the following delivery times provided by our carriers to give you the expected delivery date of your order. Example: 24hours + Standard delivery (3-4 working days) = expect your parcel 4-5 working days from the day you place your order

Delivery prices and times within the UK & to BFPO addresses only.

We use a number of delivery companies to ensure best value and aim to deliver your goods by the most appropriate method to suit your needs. All delivery times are based on their estimates and actual delivery could vary.

If there is nobody in to accept a delivery and no alternative instructions have been provided by the customer, a card will be left by the courier to inform you how you can collect your parcel or re-arrange delivery. It then becomes you, the recipient's, responsibility to contact the relevant delivery company to arrange a suitable re-delivery date. We accept no liability if delivery is not made due to the recipient not being available. We therefore recommend sending your order to a work address if appropriate. All deliveries are made on normal working days (Mon-Fri).

Although we do our utmost to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, if it does arrive damaged or in an unsatisfactory condition inform us and we will replace or refund.

STOCK and PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY
We hold all products you see on our site in stock. On the odd occasion when we run out it might take a day or two for new stock to arrive. If this happens, we will wait until we can send you your complete order before we deliver. If, in waiting for our new stock to appear, our delivery date appears to put your party at risk, we will contact you to discuss possible alternatives.

If you are in any way concerned about the delivery date you may cancel the order at any time up to the point we despatch your order and we will refund you in full.

Our primary concern is for you to have a successful and enjoyable party and we will do everything we can to help you.

PRIVACY
Any information you provide is strictly private. We do not sell or rent our customer information to anyone.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. The only customer information held is that provided at the time of ordering or requesting catalogues. We will only use the information we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). The intention of collecting this information is to keep you informed of product and service developments.

Worldpay ensures safe and secure payment by using an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) enabled link.

Only if your credit card has been authorised will your credit card be debited.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch (soon to be called Maestro), Delta, Solo, JCB and Visa affiliated debit cards. We do not accept Visa Electron or American Express cards. Partybox payment pages are held on Worldpay servers to ensure as secure and reliable a service as possible. WorldPay is a secure, encrypted transaction environment: part of the The Royal Bank of Scotland Group, the 5th biggest banking group in the world, WorldPay payment solutions are trusted by thousands of businesses around the world, big and small. When you reach the point of entering your credit card details you will be transferred to their secure pages from our own secure checkout.

If you are unhappy giving your card number over the telephone then simply fill out your order form with just the last five digits of your card and the expiry date. This gives us a way to track your order but guarantees security. Then you can telephone and give us the rest of your card number.

If you would prefer to pay by cheque or money order then complete the order form and send us a personal cheque or money order in Pounds Sterling for the amount of your order. We can only accept orders denominated in Pounds Sterling or cheques denominated in Pounds Sterling and drawn on a UK bank.

Paying by cheque does slow your order, as we do not send the items until your funds clear.

Ordering couldn't be simpler:

Complete the online order form. Your order (once payment has been confirmed) is sent via email to Partybox. The order includes product and delivery details, none of the card detail is included with the order. We will confirm receipt of your order to your email id virtually instantaneously.

We aim to fulfill all orders from our stock within one working day and despatch your goods the day after we receive your order.

SERVICE AND QUALITY
We aim to give you a simple, hassle free method of providing for parties from one of the most extensive product ranges that you will get anywhere. We want to continually improve and grow, offering you the widest selection of the best products. If you feel we could improve our products, range or customer service please drop us an email, there are rewards for those ideas we use.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
We want you to be 100% satisfied every time you shop with us, however, if for any reason you are not completely contented with one of our products please send it back, in its original condition, including your orginal documentation and specifying your reasons for return and action you wish us to take, and we will issue you a full refund for the item, no questions asked.

Please note, all returns must be actioned within 14 days of the purchase date. If you are ordering a significant quantity of a particular product, please ensure you contact us first to discuss our returns policy on large orders.

Please note that refunds to a credit/debit card (via Worldpay) may take up to 10 working days.

SAFETY
All the toys we have selected comply with the European Toy Safety regulations and bear the CE mark where appropriate.
Many of the small items would be unsuitable for very young children. Adults should inflate balloons and supervise their use.
